What does well-being mean to you?

To me, well-being is a complex term that’s built from many little things that help to bring joy, calm and rhythm into our every-day life. It’s taking care of our senses such as taste, scent and experience.

What is the one thing you do for yourself every day?

The one thing I will religiously do every day, purely for myself is leaving my phone out of the bedroom before going to sleep. In last year and a half I had no call time to run & catch a flight the next day (used to travel a lot for work before pandemic). I’d always keep my phone close, check emails & alarms all the time (I used to check my alarm 20 times before I’d let myself sleep). So now, instead, I read a chapter of a book with an additional of my favorite candle.

What’s your favourite FIND Product?

At the moment I am loving GROUND Candle, I have a new ritual of burning it in the morning when I’m making my breakfast.

How do you find a moment of wellbeing in a busy day?

I am always moving. Even when I’m supposed to rest, I still find something to do instead. It’s very difficult for me to purely relax even on a non-busy day. What helps me is to combine it with self-care. I like to take 30 minutes in the evening to take bath, put some hair mask on and relax, making it a ritual with a glass of wine and beautiful scented candle

Carving those moments for myself have become instrumental for my mental wellbeing and without them, I always feel significantly more stressed and distracted. Starting the day slowly on your terms and getting outside amongst nature before you’re answerable to anyone is like tonic for the soul.

Well-being trends you’d like to try?

Yes, yoga. I am probably the last person on the planet that can’t get into it and I really wish I could because it’s so beneficial.
