What does well-being mean to you?

Wellbeing means to me self-care. We often tend to look after others, but forget about taking care of ourselves, whether emotionally, physically, mentally and/or socially. For the greater good, we have to always remember to ensure we are well within ourselves and take time out on a regular basis.

What is the one thing you do for yourself every day?

The one thing I do for myself every day is go for a run, walk or to the gym. I need to do this for my mental health and wellbeing (even if it is 15 minutes) to forget about the stresses sometimes life can bring.

What’s your favourite FIND Product?

My favourite FIND product has to be the Calm candle. I love it so much, that I hardly use it, as I don’t want it to end. It brings such a lovely soothing aroma into the room and really does help me to relax.

How do you find a moment of wellbeing in a busy day?

I work in a demanding job, so most days can be very busy for me. However, to ensure I get ‘me’ time, I wake up at 06:00am, so I can do whatever I want, before the actual day begins. Your body also starts getting used to getting up this early, so it does become quite normal, even on the weekends.

Well-being trends you’d like to try?

Wellbeing trends I would like to try are digital detox, gratitude journaling and going away on an intentional holiday such as a wellbeing retreat. All of these are doable for me, so I do hope I am able to achieve them in 2021.
